On Sunday 5/22/16, One of our vehicles had a flat tire on TurnpikeWe called this towing service and I explained that it was a small limo, not a full sizeGirl representing B&L Towing stated she would send someone to evaluate the size of the tow truck needed and will call with a priceI explained that I had the vehicle towed once before and a standard flatbed would be fineShe insisted over & over again that she would need to evaluate so finally I agreed but made it clear that I would need to know price BEFORE they towShe agreed
I was waiting for B&L to call with a price for over an hourWhen they finally called she said they towed it to *** *** which is right off the exit and the rice is $I started to complain that nobody called me prior to towing to discuss price and would never had agreed to that priceThey also sent a landall truck designed to tow huge construction equipment or tractor trailersI could have had my diver move the vehicle to the rest area

Company office administration so disorganizedCompany towed my vehicle Monday 10/1morning and by Saturday 10/morning I had it outLady by the name of Barbara said the vehicle was there for daysSo I was basically charged for and extra week at $a dayThe boss was conveniently away and wouldn't be back until MondayShe told me that I would either agree to paying the the or she was closing the windowI paid because I did not want their sketchy business practices to get worse later down the line, but I knew it was not rightThen I look at the receipt the date and time of the towing is wrongThe tow truck drivers name was not even correctBarbara seemed preoccupied and distractedShe even took my personal information to her desk and made copiesThis was after she already made copies on the machine in the reception areaIt seems like this is one of those places where everybody gets to play boss or the boss is on vacation when convenient type of arrangement

Tracy& Edwin were so helpful when my tractor broke down, they stayed in touch with me the whole timeWhen their driver Joe arrived he was friendly and helpfulIN a matter of minutes he had the tractor trailer hooked up and ready to towHe stayed with me at Campbell freighter and made sure I was all set before he left In my opinion this was absolutely the best crew and I want to express a warm thank you and let them know they are definitely appreciated
