Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is not satisfactory to me I am still receiving letters from Ms***, that was mailed out on the 11th May, that I received on May15, stating that I still owe for the month of April and May I have mailed all receipts which are current according to my bank recordsI have no problems meeting with her at her office on the weekend to go over my paper workI am currently under the supervision of a doctor three time a week, which makes r difficult to get to her office during the weekIn July I went out to the land that I'm currently paying on and there was a For Sale sign and a lock that I was unable to access I called her to let her know I couldn't get in and that there was a For Sale sign and she stated that it wasn't for sale and the new access code still did not work for meSince Ms *** said the lot was not for Sale, I took pictures and I also called the Remax rep and asked if I could see the land that was on sale and to my discovery it was the same lot I purchased through Hines Group of TexasA few days later I received post card solicitation to purchase the land before it goes into foreclosure.*** ***

It is standard procedure for our company to send out letters regarding any past due payments on any accountIt is unfortunate that Ms*** has become confused as to the status of her account we will continue to work with Ms
*** privately to try to resolve the issues with her account
As far as the for sale sign on her property we have no knowledge of that as it is not our company practice to put up for sale signs on any property we have
In regard to the lock on the gate leading to her property that lock was not put there by us and we have received information that the lock is just hanging there and is not actually locked so she can access her property at any time
We are willing to work with Ms*** to get this matter resolved and would welcome the opportunity to have her come to our office to go over her account
