Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] [I have gone to pick up my claimed "fixed" vehicle on a few occasions, to no avail .Either it wouldn't hold an Idle and then just stalled outIt was worse then before I even first brought it to Hingham Repair shop for just a simple Inspection stickerWhen I drove it in, even [redacted] said "WoW that's a great car", runs good too and was even Impressed(There was NO knock)at this point I need a 3rd party to certify the work done on it as it's worse than originally brought inAt the Hingham Repair shop "Lot" full of cars saying they all have bad engines and he's busy dealing with all that and the transition of mechanics at the timeOn the very last visit in September Mr [redacted] demanded "I take my vehicle (that wouldn't even start) off his lotI thought by having a few back up plans for a vehicle while it being worked on would take the stress from the shopMistaken my patience for a weakness Regards, [redacted]
Dear Mrs [redacted] , any delay that happened during fixing and replacing you car's engine was really above my desire, My garage is known for his fast servicereplacing engine's it's something I do on daily basis and no EXAGERTION if I say that, SO THERE IS NO NEED FOR YOU TO DOUBT THIS MATTERthe engine in your [redacted] really needed to be changed it was shaky and had a knocking sound, for my bad luck when my employee was working on it he dropped a bolt in their by accident so called you and informed you of what happened and had to wait for another engine to come that is to show THAT I ALWAYS TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY PARTS AND LABOR on any car I work onI DON'T MIND IF YOU TAKE YOU TRUCK FOR A SECOND OPINION because i'm 100% SURE THAT THE ENGINE WAS REPLACED AND EVERY SINGLE PART YOU PAID FOR IT HAS BEEN REPLACED I'M NOT LIKE OTHER MECHANICS AT ALLI WISH MR [redacted] if you didn't talk about intoxication because everybody knows that I DON'T DRINK NOR DO DRUGS, the thing I was so upset about what is happening with your car just like you, so i'm just gonna assume that you are really upset and not gonna take it as insulting this time.Mr [redacted] I agree that you have been so patient and you always told me that you don't really needed the carI WILL BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO WORK THINGS UP WITH YOU JUST PLEASE STOP BY MY SHOP
Mr [redacted] I completly understand, agree and appreciate your patience previously regarding the time it took to replace your engine for so many uncontrolled reasonsI told your car still has some wiring problem unrelated to the engineI told you please stop by to see what I can do to help you and resolve this problemBelieve me customer satisfaction is my priority and I try my best to keep them happy
