Review: Beware, This Home inspector will not check your AC even when the temperature in May is over 65 degrees, claiming that some AC manufactures don't recommend testing if the temp is not above 60 degrees for at least 3 days. Meaning if it was 70 degrees when they come if the night before it was 56 they will not test it. They will not tell you this in their documentation, they will not tell you this in conversation, even when you ask to have AC checked, only after you get their report days later will you find out they don't test AC. Jim also came out and never tested the Heating vents either. When I asked for only $75.00 of the $300.00 fee on a small condo inspection they provided me with the knowledge they don't test AC. Shoddy work, and not respectable. I have verified with the AC manufacture and they have told me this is inaccurate information. Be careful, I am now being forced to litigation to get my refund.Desired Settlement: Refund of my inspection fee since they did not perform complete work with checking my heating vents.
