Under Wisconsin state law we gave him a 5 day eviction notice with a right to cure. (Wis. Stat. 704.17 (2)(b). He has the opportunity to comply to the situation. If his actions continue we will follow the Wisconsin state law with a 14 day eviction notice with no right to cure.
As far as the verbal altercation in which he is accusing us of is totally untrue. We wish to notrespond to this accusation. As it is untrue and totally false. He was the one whom refered to us as F….ing white people. And yes the police were called due to his racist comments and actions.
Our business is very proud of the way we conduct business. Our properties are definitely some of the best in our county. We do not allow tenants to destroy our property or treat others with disrespect.
We will not lower rent. It is his responsibility for his vehicle.
