Hinson management has been very deserving of an A+ ratingI have never been treated with such honesty and kindnessI highly recommend you go in and meet the staff (family owned)They will accommodate you the best they can based on your needs and their availabilityThe only negative comment I can make is a lack of more propertiesI hope they will acquire some more as they continue to grow
Hinson Management should not be inbusiness They care nothing about the members of the neighborhoods they manage They only care about the Hoa board members and the developers They are crooked and rude *** at Hinson likes to threaten you then hang up in your face If you file a complaint or request, they will claim to have never gotten one They pick and choose who they want to mess with
This business is terrible for an HOA companyThey are very rude and have a don't care attitude about things that are happening in the neighbor hoodWhen I called about a problem the HOA service member hung the phone up in my face when I trying to get an issue resolved
Complaint ID #[redacted]
Dear [redacted]:
I have researched my files in reference to the above matter and would like to explain what I have found. [redacted] did rent the property located at [redacted] in March 2011 and remained at the property until the keys were turned it to us on December 23, 2013. At that time, a letter was given to [redacted] stating that she would he due $200.00, which represented eight (8) days of rent in the month of December 2013 and that this balance would be included along with the settlement of her security deposit which would come within 30 days of the date of the letter.
On January 23, 2014, we settled her security deposit and sent her a cheek in the amount of $497.50 te the address she had given us when she turned the keys in. An explanation of the settlement was included with the check. There was a $200.00 deduction from the security deposit due to a hole in the bedroom door and damage to a wall where something had been displayed with double sided tape and it damaged the sheet rock. All of this was explained in the letter which accompanied the check. This check has cleared the bank.
When the above complaint was received, we researched our files to find that we had failed to send the $200.00 in rent which we had promised her when she turned the keys in. That check was sent on February 11th and this check has cleared as well.
No Further reimbursement is forthcoming to [redacted] and I truly believe this issue is settled.
Sincerely,
[redacted]President
Hinson management is an extremely difficult company to work with. They accept no responsibility for their actions. They are guilty of price fixing and usury. They do not care about their clients. They are selfish, money grubbing, slum lords. The real estate commission should take a close look at this property management company and it's practices. They should not be legally allowed to conduct business. Avoid doing business with them, if at all possible.
