With regards to the second complaint from customer on [redacted] , we have issued check #***, dated 7/7/17, in the amount of $We hope this satisfies the customer.Hinton Refrigeration has been in business in Oklahoma City since We have not lasted years charging hidden fees, as the customer implied in the first complaintWe pride ourselves with honest and reliable service.We feel at this time that the customer would be better serviced by another service company.Thank you, [redacted] Residential Service Manager

Our residential service manager called and spoke with the customerThere was a misunderstanding of the chargesWe are issuing a $refund of the truck chargesCustomer is happy with the resolution.As to the billing address, we will correct that in our accounting system to avoid any future incorrect mailings.We appreciate the customer bringing these issues to our attention and will do what we can to prevent future misunderstandingsThank you, [redacted] Accounting Manager

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I spoke with the Manager over the Technicians and it is still not clear why a charge of $was placed on my bill when the $charge was to cover checking the Freon in the unitHe and I both agreed that neither of us knew whether the Technician had to clean the unit given the conflicting stories both the Technician and the tenant gaveTherefor I still feel that I was overcharged and I don't agree that I was happy with the resolution I was given Sincerely, [redacted]

He and I both agreed that neither of us knew whether the Technician had to clean the unit given the conflicting stories both the Technician and the tenant gave. Therefor I still feel that I was overcharged and I don't agree that I was happy with the resolution I was given.
