I ordered item HB(Row Stainless Steel Lab Bracelet) on 5/13/ When I received item a stone was missing and clasp not working
I ordered item HB(Row Stainless Steel Lab Bracelet) on 5/13/ When I received the item I noticed a cubic zirconia was missing immediately opening the box! I contacted Hip Hop Bling who was willing to take the return but wanted me to pay shipping! Why should I pay shipping for a defective item right out of the box?! After stating this I was provided a return label and they sent the product back stating that they added a stone (cz) It was delivered it on 5/27/ When I put the bracelet on I noticed that the clasps were not secured and the bracelet would not stay on my wrist I contacted Hip Hop Bling again by email numerous times, but never got a response I also called their customer service number but no one ever answers then an automatic voice states their voice mail is full What kind of business is this that sends out defecti

Hey I'm writing to make you aware of a business you support hiphopbling.com I recently purchased over $USD I live in Canada so much more !!! I saved up $in rewards points to buy a set of earrings witch they had already told me that was fine and were being shipped out ! The next day I received a chain I paid over $USD for it was sappose to be a 28" mm Miami Cuban chain that was advertised on the site but apparently they only had one in the first place so it shouldnt be advertised as available and instead of contacting me to ask what to do they sent me a 24" 7mm Miami Cuban chain and when I contacted them to try and figure out a way to fix the issue they all of a sudden couldn't send me the earrings that were sappose to already be shipped because I was not allowed to use my rewards points like that but it was because I called them out on trying to scam me and hope I never noticed so when I made them aware all of a sudden I was no longer a good customer I was an "ungrateful rude customer" direct quote now today I received a email from them stating that I have a mental health issue and must not be taking my medication and should start again their words I have all the emails if you need them I have copies of the rewards points program rules and regulations witch no where in it States that you can't save and combine them to get something also I have a copy of the mission statement witch if how I was treated is the way it is would make it a complete lie!!! Anyways I don't even care about the rewards points at this point I am *** because I earned and deserve them but I want this kind of customer service recognized because a customer should never be told that they are mentally I'll and should be on medication because I caught them trying to scam me sell me a item that wasn't what I paid for and paid extra for that's called fraud and then totally treat me like a dog actually it is a hurtful thing to be told you must have mental illness and go get help because they are a company that is all about money and greed and cares nothing for its customers I have never been so insulted in my life and I hope someone else sees this and does something about it!
