  Due to company policy we do not give refunds however since we had a sign up in the window that said $2.49, We have no problem refunding the money overcharged for the fried green tomatoes. Now to address the issue about the food, if there was a problem with the food the customer should have called the restaurant and brought the food back and we could have replaced the food for them. We are willing to give the customer the change she was shorted .10 for the first transaction and .09 for the second transaction grand total of .19 cent.
