Review: I purchased a VIP fan ticket for the Zoe show in Dallas, TX. This turned out to be completely deceptive because the details of this fan ticket are not explained at the time of purchase. First off, when purchasing this ticket online through the vendor, they offered an option on the drop down for 2-Day shipping for $3 more than the regular shipping. Well, two days passed and there was no sign of my order being shipped. I emailed the vendor to ask what was going on with my order, to which he stated that I would get my shirt and CD at the time of the show. Why offer a 2 day shipping option if fans will only receive their order when they pick it up the day of the show? Second, I asked Hugo how we would know where to go if fans were not notified with any information. He stated that fans would have access to take a picture with the band 30 minutes prior to them going on stage once venue doors opened. I purchased a general admission ticket from the House of Blues; GA area is first come first serve. How is a person holding a GA ticket supposed to run out of the line, take a picture with the band and expect to still hold the same spot inside the venue? Why was this not told to fans before purchasing the ticket? This is an absolute inconvenience.Upon requesting a cancellation from Hugo, he quickly responds by stating Sorry, there are no refunds. The company website does have a refund policy (http://www.hipmerch.com/returns.asp). He did not even bother to neither understand my concerns nor offer a better alternative for my issue. At this point Ive lost all patience with this company and am expecting a full refund of my purchase.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of my purchase and am not seeking anything less. This company has really irritated me and will not stand for the deception behind what they are trying to do. I am very upset that they will not grant me a refund when clearly, their website has a refund policy.
