Yes, they reached out with a bogus explantion. They pose as providing an authentic ticket option but when you go to purchase, everything changes as they send you to another site to start all over, especially the price. Hipmunk's price was WAY off! What they present is NOT what you get. Using their site is a waste of time. Additionally, the link they sent us to start the flight search all over has very negative comments on Revdex.com.
Hipmunk's response to my complaint: "Thanks for reaching out because we've been notified that you filed a complaint with the Revdex.com regarding the age policies of JustFly.
To explain the way travel meta sites work, we aggregate tons of flight fares from airlines and third party providers, like JustFly, and put them in one place for you to compare. It is these companies that are selling the flights, not Hipmunk. It is also these companies that determine the age thresholds for child prices.
Every company has different age thresholds so the pricing of the tickets may vary depending on their thresholds and the age of the travelers. So very sorry but we cannot guarantee or dictate a price offered by another company. Because the company selling the flights is JustFly, only they will be able to provide the resolution requested.

Yes, I fully understand how airlines work including the ages of children. I have traveled a good part of the world in my 40 plus years including most of the United States, Europe, Micronesia and Asia and my children have enjoyed a good number of states and countries themselves. The problem I have with your website is that after asking for the standard information including children, selecting travel based on a quoted price, per the screen shots I included to the Revdex.com, your site redirects you a questionable site that has you start over and changes the pricing. Bait and Switch. Unlike the sites that you mentioned in your reply to me like United and Alaska that I have used as well as others like Orbitz and Travelocity, those sites actually follow through with the price quoted, including my children, to the end of actually booking the tickets.
YOUR SITE QUOTES A PRICE, THEN SWITCHES TO A QUESTIONABLE SITE THAT DOES NOT OFFER IT! ALWAYS A QUESTIONABLE SITE! I tried again last night after reading your reply just to see what would happen and I got some bizarre site that I would never give our personal information, credit card number or trust that I was actually getting the tickets expected in return.
