Please see below the complaint filed with i9 Masters Academy location. Our amazing coach was terminated with two games left of the season. The owner of the franchise attended to this matter in a very unprofessional way. i9 Corp has contacts some of us parents and has done a great job in trying to resolve the issue. Armando D. Franchise owner if i9 Masters Academy has managed to tamper the i9 philosophy by not practicing what he preaches. Please see email below: Good Morning Armando and i9 Corp, I am sending this email with deep regret and dissatisfaction. My family has been part of the i9 family for the last four years and the only reason we have supported the business is because of Coach Juan. Most of your parent coaches have very little to no knowledge of the sports they are trying to teach and coach. Most of the refs do not have the appropriate training or equipment (whistles) necessary for the job and your fields are extremely dangerous for kids to play in. I have spoken to Albi on many occasions about Coach Juan, and have personally witnessed him teaching my crying 3 year old to be involved in the game by holding his hand and having him interact in the sport. Not only have my kids learned to play the sport, they have learned to love it and made lifelong friendships along the way. Again, the ONLY reason we have stayed with i9 is because of the knowledge, structure, passion and most importantly, sincere love that Coach Juan provides our children. They should be honored to have a coach that reflects i9's philosophy of, "imaginative, innovative, interactive, integrity-driven, impassioned, inspirational, instructional, insightful and inclusive." It is a shame that i9 has made such a poor decision, especially at the end of the season. I expect to have our payments pro-rated for the remainder of the season and refunded the amount we paid for the winter. We will be happy take our children to a business that values and respects them and their coaches. Parents please file a formal complaint with the RevDex.com to avoid other families from going through this same experience in the future.

I paid for a soccer clinic for my childrenI was billed three separate times$90, $and $This was for the registration for children and uniformsI contacted them by phone on March 20th to find out the times for the March 22nd date they had posted for the eventThe person I spoke to did not know this information and transferred me to the program director, Marquis N***I left MrN*** a message explaining I needed to know what the times were since the event was days awayNo one called me backI called back a day later and asked for a refund, I explained I had not received any information about the event, not even an email confirmation of my paymentThe person I spoke to apologized and forwarded an email for my records and said she would process the refundShe also tried to get in contact with MrN*** but there was n

Absolutely horribleIMasters Academy franchise owner fired our coach 3/of the way through our seasonOur coach stood up to the owner when our children were allowed to be physically abused by opposing team (one reason why year olds should never be allowed to play against year olds) and the referee refused to acknowledge the situation..several of our children were injuredOwner was confronted by our coach on several occasions about said referee, owner made it quite clear that he would not be challenged and that whatever personal/professional relationship he has with said ref was more important then the safety of the kidsI've been told by another parent, whose child plays on team here mentioned, that Owner allowed alleged family member and coach to move a goal to prevent one year old team from scoring-said family member was heard later on bragging about being family so there would be no consequencesSaid coach confronted owner then as well
