Review: Hello my name is [redacted] and I am trying to get a hold of somebody who can help me with a issue (ok a few issues) that is going on at a gas station by my house you see I have lived here by this gas station for almost 5yrs and I'm so tired of letting the owners/employees of this gas station continue to do what they have been doing so let me tell you some of the issues number 1: they steal your change yes it may not be much every time but it adds up example yesterday I went and bought a few things becouse I needed them had no choice but my total came up to $6.93 I handed him $7.00 he took it and said thank you and moved on to the guy standing behind me this has happened many times before so I only go there if I don't have a choice #2 :they dont give you a receipt unless you ask and still they try to not give you one #3: they charge different prices to different people who buy same things example if my husband buys red cape tobacco they charge him $2.00 and if I buy red cape tabacco they charge me $2.15 or vise versa sometimes they charge almost $3.00 for the red cape tobacco #4: items being sold that is expired example one night I was not feeling well and wanted some juice (FUZE PINA COLADA) I grabbed the one infront and went and payed got home and took a huge drink of it right as it hit my tounge I spit it out looked at the bottle noticed it was a funny color with stuff floating in it I am still at this point trying to get the nasty taste out of my mouth I looked at the expiration date and see it was no kidding here 5yrs expired yuck I immediately take it right back to the gas station and tell the guy about and I showed him the FUZE drink and he said that I switched it with one at home rrrr I was steaming I said you know I just bought this he said I'm not falling for your scam I was so mad I left the bottle on the counter top and left this kind of stuff is happening to many people others I have met due to them also confronting the gas station get the same lines I got not falling for your scam you put that in there you swtched it out with stuff from home very frustrating one of the people I met there had come and brought a box of cereal back after finding weavel and magot type worms in it she got the same old same old line as everyone else as I was there yesterday I heard the guy ahead of me say what I gave you a ten the employee said no you gave me a five you owe me more money they went back and forth aguing over it the customer said he was going to call the cops and the employee said fine here is your change you are now kicked out I will not allow you to rip me off after today the thing is the customer was in a nice suit and driving a bmw don't think he is the type if person who would rip off a store but I don't know becouse I don't know the guy but why I was picking up some things needed for home and could not get it some where else I noticed a few things like old dusty halloween candy in the candy isle and here we are middle of May so it was last years or the year before not sure and it wasn't half off or anything like that it was full price then I was looking at the peanuts and saw that they too were very dusty had cobwebs in the box and had bugs in the bag of peanuts weavels eewww gross I only end up at this gas station if I absolutely have no choice due to everything we have seen and had issues with yesterday was my last strew when they didn't give me my change (even though it was just a small amount) and no receipt and when he took my money and said thank you and started ringing up the next person and I stood there saying excuse me and he kept ignoring me I have desided its time to speak up time to use my voice for everybody this gas station rips off I go to church every sunday and I don't believe it is right with what these employees are doing it in my eyes is considered stealing.Desired Settlement: I am now speakinv out can you please tell me what can be done about this I have also contacted the health department on this issue and now contacted you next I will contact the news stations if I don't get any help with getting this taken care of its time to show everybody what these guys are doing to their cusomers.

I reviewed your complaint and would like to apologies for the inconvenience at the store. Sorry your experience has been unpleasant the times you were here. We have been running this business for over 19 years and haven’t heard an experience or complaint like this. As the concern for the prices, they change constantly, as things go on sales or promotions. Prices are the same for every customer, whatever the sale price, promotion is, and it’s offered to everyone. Especially tobacco prices are like gas, go up and down daily. For expression date and expired food, grocery and delivery are checked constantly, matter of fact weekly. Delivery for food, drinks, etc. come in every week. Nothing in the store is five years expired to date, the sales man check the cooler delivery every week and is refilled as needed. If you are using a credit, debit, or any source of card you are given a receipt, and it says "customer copy" on cash purchases we ask the customer if they would like a receipt or not. As the store gets extremely busy, a mistake or misunderstanding may have occurred and your change wasn’t handed to you and for that we are extremely sorry and would like to return that to you. Many customers tell us to keep the few cents in change as we let them off when they are short. We have been running this business for a very long time, customers are like family now and are treated with much respect and there concerns are taken care of. We are always looking for ways to improve our business and customer service.
