Second Complaint: 1. “Mrs. Muirhead needs to cease and desist defaming my character saying that “previous        lady” was NEVER paid.” ;   “I hired help around June 15, 2016…”    ;    “last two checks I       wrote n Aug 5…”     RESPONSE: Per [redacted]’s own statement of complaint, service provider [redacted]., was hired by [redacted] in JUNE and not paid in full until August 5th 2016 after the initial Revdex.com complaint dated July 31, 2016.  The statement of non-payment was made in reference to the July 2016 time frame when service provider [redacted] had not yet been paid in full.    [redacted] gives a detailed listing of payments made to service provider [redacted] in which she admits to withholding pay from said service provider for fees and “membership fees for Hire the Help” and not paying in full until Aug 5.    It is policy at HireTheHelp.com for each service provider to be paid directly by the Client who hires them.  The service provider then is responsible to pay HireTheHelp.com the agreed upon referral fee and membership dues on the 7th of the following month.    Per [redacted]’s calculations, [redacted] owed $24 to HireTheHelp.com for July services when 10% of $180 is $18. [redacted] also withheld a $5 membership fee from [redacted] when she had no information that such membership fee was owed.     2. The Contract in Question: RESPONSE:  Service Provider, M.*. provided an email of the contract which was forwarded to [redacted] on September 12, 2016 following our phone conversation.           3. [redacted] contradicts herself, first stating:             “I did not have unlimited time or unlimited hours to do it with…”     then stating:             “…this was a job I wanted to have done by July 1 initially and if it had been done that     way, the entire eviction procedure could have been avoided.”       Then stating:            “I only wanted a max of 2 hours per day with a final date of Aug 1…”     Desired Settlement: 1. “Admit all checks have been received and cashed for payment in full.”   RESPONSE:   PER M.*. VIA TEXT: “Arrived Tues (July 26, 2016) at 3:50 PM and left at 7pm” M.*. is still owed 3 hours of work @ $16 and hour for an outstanding payment of $48   Issue Resolved: Payment in Full has been received by Service Provider [redacted]

Spoke to McKenzie E., she explained process and situation. States she had written up contract for customer, which customer stated she would not sign. Showed up to customers, explained it was $16 hr. The customer requested she bid for the project, $100 per day with unlimited hours. McKenzie refused....

Was never paid for day she was there and neither was previous lady. Customer was moving due to an eviction notice and had to be out by Aug. 1st.
