[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: the signed agreement didn't state that the screens wouldn't be installed on 6/18/When we signed the installation it was for both windows and screens, I also have an email in which their employee, Amanda asked before the installation about where the screen is supposed to be installedThese two outstanding issues have been outstanding for over months! HiRise has tried but has been sneaky and deceitful in their dealingsThe parts have been ordered, lost, we are busy, be patient, and the parts have not reached for over five months...doesn't make senseI have email proofs for this long over due waitI also have pictures for their faulty product and consequently their highly NEGLIGENT behavior for forgetting to screw the railingIn addition to this; conveniently putting the blame on the customer that we should remind and re-remind them as they are overwhelmed with orders- ETHICALLY FINISH THE PRESENT ORDER HiRise has been trying to schedule this for a long timeTheir workers came to fix and finally decided that they couldn'tTherefore the owner, Frank and president, Vincent visited our property on 10/06/Keeping us hopeful that this would be resolvedTill this day we don't have it fixed or a date to get it fixedIn reference to the comments- nothing is dramatic or un foundedI do have emails, videos, and pictures to support my complaintAs per HiRise, satisfied customershmmm I highly doubt itAccording to HiRise these satisfied customers have not faced or encountered the type of problem we are facingAlso, HiRise workers don't live in this community- we do and we speak to our neighbors on a constant basisSome become lazy to pursue, some don't have time, some just live with it, some must be satisfied, but I am highly dissatisfied Lastly, my tier was the last one they worked onAt that time the workers must have been tried, careless, and recklessWell the bottom line is WE ARE UNSATISFIED WITH THEIR PRODUCT AND SERVICES We want compensation for this harassment and we would like them to fix this ASAP with a CONFIRMED date Regards, [redacted]

We received a signed agreement on 1/8/along with a
group of other residents at this community.
Subsequently we installed their custom manufactured window and balcony
door products on 6/12/2015. There are
two outstanding issues, one with the sliding balcony
screen where parts are
ordered due in this week, and the other on an aftermarket terrace door screen where
parts were received. We will schedule
the installation of both these items once we receive the remaining parts. Manufacturers as well as HiRISE Windows have
been extremely overwhelmed with orders so it has been difficult receiving parts
timely
As for the other negative comments contained in their
complaint, we will discuss this with our attorney as they are a bit dramatic and
unfounded. We have satisfied clients in
this group and one disappointed client that we will finish what we started

At that time the workers must have been tried, careless, and reckless. Well the bottom line is WE ARE UNSATISFIED WITH THEIR PRODUCT AND SERVICES.  We want compensation for this harassment and we would like them to fix this ASAP with a CONFIRMED date.
