We have tried reaching out to customer left messages, nothing we can in regards to refunding moneyServices were due to keep her warranty forever, the items were due, we gave her the option to not perform the work but did inform her it would void the warranty, I spoke to her when she was at the dealership for the second time before she leftShe just wanted her money back after the work was performed

I went in for a scheduled oil change, they told me I had to have additional work done to keep my warranty and it would be $250, and I agreed in order to keep the warranty, but when I went to pay the bill it wasn't $it was $438. I didn't have that much money and had to use a credit cardI was lied to and I don't feel this is legal or professionalI will reluctantly accept the $charge as all I wanted was an oil change, but they should have to honor the fact they told me the cost would be $250, not $I want the difference of $I will never buy a car at Hirlinger again or have my car serviced there againI hope you understand how they took advantage of me and lied to me about the chargesI didn't want to talk to the people there because they didn't help me before and was very rude, that's why I turned to you
