opinion is that Mr. [redacted] wasn't properly instructed by Mr. [redacted] that the policy of the company is a sign Buyers Order to consummate any vehicle sale, especially in the price range of the vehicles that we handle. Mr.[redacted] has now been made aware of the policy by Mr. [redacted] and understands that policy. We are currently looking for vehicles that will work for Mr. [redacted] and will be in communication with him as we locate a vehicle.
I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The dealership's General Manager's response does not address the entire range of my complaint. So the jury is still out on whether the matter is resolved. The Buyer's Order form has been delayed and has not arrived for signature because alternate and higher purchase options by the salesman were being presented rather than our agreed price and my purchase direction.
