To whom it may concern,I received this letter the day after I got home from being with family after the holidays it's not within the seven days that the Revdex.com requested so I'm not really sure what I still need to doAs far as the complaint goes we did multiple jobs for them we never had a problemWe were supposed to go up there and finish cutting in the paint the day that she had her baby, so of course we rescheduled and that's where it started to go bad.They called us said they didn't want us to finish, they didn't like the color which they pick out their selvesThey gave me the pamphlet for it and I went to [redacted] and got it, they agree that that was the color before we painted itThat's not an issue that we can really deal with I told them that they would have to deal with that as far as [redacted] goesAs far as the paint on the floor it was a two by two area that she was talking about , (I have pictures and text messages confirming all of what I am saying) which I offered to replaceShe wanted me to replace all of the carpet down the hallway with one footprint on it and a bunch of mold which I wasn't willing to doI offered to pay for the piece of carpet that we messed up, we also tried to come back and finish multiple timesI even offered to give her the two hours labor back that it would have taken to finish cutting the paint inHer husband was also made aware that if we do not scrape the walls that the paint would not turn out very wellHe just wanted us to paint over what was there he did not want us to fill the holes and do the texture and things to make the walls right againHe said just paintWe also have that on record aswell as us advising him that it would not turn out very well because of the damage on the wallsOur company did nothing but what we were asked, we also tried to make it right, but they were just trying to get (500.00) worth of carpet for free and Im not doing thatA whole hallway and the stairs for one footprint ...that I could also get up with goof off which would have taken minutes which I also explained to herWe did what we were asked we tried to make the little mistake we made right but they were not trying to hear any of that and trying to get us to pay for things that we're not our responsibility[redacted]
