This is the second time this year that I have had an unsatisfactory haircut by the stylist MamoruThe first time was in FebruaryI returned two days later only to be told that he did not have time to fix my hair that was cut off excessively on the right sideI was told to wait until grew backI returned a month later and had a full haircut at no cost (also gave an apology)
This second time (May, 2016)The side was left too long and the back cut unevenlyThis was after I asked him to cut my hair short, to which he said "it's not warm enough out yet"I was not able to see the bad cut while I was in the salon due to the home-made wax-gel he places on my hair after the cut to hold it in placeAfter returning home, I noticed it immediatelyI phoned to get it fixed but was unable to return due to a family emergency that day
I do not wish to have a cut for free, or to have it fixedI need to take time from my job to visit and for $that I spend each time I go, not to menti
