I would not recommend buying a Hisense product! Their customer service is terrible and I have had nothing but issues with the TV I bought less than a year ago!st, my [redacted] stopped workingNow my picture keeps going darkTried calling them multiple times, but they are always closedCalled them March 14, and they said they were closed for a holiday! What holiday???? Called them today, and they said they were closed because of extreme weather conditions!!!! I suffered through extreme weather conditions in Iraq and Afghanistan but still made it to work every dayReally??? Stick with [redacted] You may pay a little more, but you get what you pay for!
