Dear, Revdex.com:We received the written complaint on Monday, June22, it is the first notification we are aware ofWe have review the complaint information & came up with a professional conclusion.When we first did the first exchange for *** *** **, the lady **we are not
aware of her name came to our facility saying that she could answer her callsWe check the phone so that there was no scratches or water damage, this routine in every return we getOur return policy is hours but wheneverthere is manufactured error on the device we take the phone back” even if it has past more than hours, we them sent them back to our wholesale, if the device has any physical damage they would not take them backThe phone had no physical damage *** *** ** so we took the device for an exchange, and stated to her that we couldn't do a full money, because it had past more than hours, but she really was a exchangeAfter she left we figure out that she had several apps that were keeping her from receiving calls, the phone was master reset and started working perfectlyShe then decided to take the *** everything was working perfectly when she left, the following day she came back, she stated that she “had dropped the phone and ask if we fix them” the employee told her that there was a placed, where she could go and ask if they could help her outShe then came back and said that the phone was used and stated that she wanted her money backOnce again we can't take phones for exchange if they have a physical or water damaged because our wholesale **providers would not take them backShe then left and was very upset, a few minutes or hours past after a gentleman “name is unknown"came in ask for the money back, he was very angry he then showed me the device and ask for his money back “we then stated to him that she **the person who bought the phone had came earlier for the same reason and that we could not help them out” he then turn around and leftAfter the gentleman left, the lady who originally bought the device came back with a third person “a women” “name is unknown” asking for the money back we then once again told them that we couldn't help them out because there was physical damaged, the phone screen was cracked from the inside, and when she first took from the device from our facility there was no damaged, she then started yelling out asking for her money back, saying we were selling used phones, she then said that if we don't give her money back she was going to call the police, we stated to her that she was more than free to call themShe called and they told to go directly to court **the person that said all of that was not the person who bought the device, it was the third person that came in, she then also ask to give her money back because she was a single mom with three kids, we understand that raising her kids by herself is not easy, but is she was to go to any other store and take the phone back, asking for a refund in the condition she brought the device back, they will more than likely to do the same thing we didMy employees were talking Spanish yes! They were never ignore, they weren't the only customer we had at the specific moment, our customers mainly consist of Spanish & African American community so, yes we have to talk both languages, but they were personality help out in their language ENGLISHWe have security cameras where we can point who were the third parties, we don't have a record of the names used because we don't ask for their personal informationUnfortunately we weren't able to help her outAttach we are including a copy of our receipts where it states that our return policy is hours, and restrictions apply!
