We apologize for the experience you have had at [redacted] Ridge Condominiums.  We value all the residents at [redacted] Ridge and their comfort and safety are paramount to our mission statement at Hub Realty.  To clarify, [redacted] Ridge is comprised of condominiums that are privately and...

separately owned under fee simple ownership.  The HOA owns the common areas of the community, and the Board of Directors (consisting of elected condo owners) had hired a 3rd party HOA management company, which is currently [redacted] Management, to manage and maintain the common areas of the community.  [redacted] is hired to not only maintain the common areas, but to enforce CCR guidelines and HOA Bylaws.  Each condo owner is subject to these CCR guidelines; and, per your lease as a tenant, you are also subject to these same guidelines.  [redacted], the management company, has issued these violation notices and fines as a result of their property inspections.  Violations are not targeted according to the homeowner or occupant; they are associated with the actual violation or occurrence.  If you would like to appeal your fines or violations, you can please instruct Hub Realty to relay your appeal to the HOA Board of Directors and we will plead your case to them.  If they are able to waive any fines that have been issued to the owner on your behalf, then we will gladly pass along the fine waiver to your tenant ledger.

I am rejecting this response because: The Balch Hotel accepted my payment from groupon and received payment from the vendor. Groupon is not able to issue a refund because the merchant was paid and authorized no refund. Groupon is not the wrongful party. It had no way of knowing that the Balch Hotel would refuse services to children. The merchant's response takes no ownership for the fact that he failed to ensure that groupon outlined children were not welcome. He's also failing to admit that the hotel received payment even though no services were provided.
