Several issues regarding the management of this apartment complex.
Issue #1
There is rarely anyone in the leasing office during the posted hours and they also frequently take breaks and leave the office.
Issue #2
Office employee is routinely sitting in the office at the desk with his feet on the desk and him on the phone. Very unprofessional!
Issue #3
Despite what it says on the after hours answering machine that call will be returned promptly the next day during business hours, I have never once had any of messages returned at all.
Issue #4
My vehicle was towed from the resident parking lot despite the fact I live here. The tow company said the office directed my car to be towed because it did not have a parking sticker on it. When I moved in I was never issued a sticker, and months later when I got a new car and informed the office I was still not given a sticker. I had to pay 217.00 in towing and storage charges and was not compensated for it. I pay over 700.00 a month for rent and expect more from those in charge of my building!
I would like to be refunded for a least my expenses occurred from the improper tow of my car.

While I appreciate you bringing your concerns to my attention prior to this posting on Revdex.com, you and I had a conversation in my office in which I explained I would split to tow fee with you as we were in compliance with the tow however since you were out of town and not able to rectify the problem with the car I was able to get you a rent concession of half the tow bill. Although I did try to contact you on several occasions to inform you of the credit, your cell phone once again can not accept messages. I hope this clears up any misunderstanding in regard to the tow bill as the credit will set on your account.
