We have reached out to this customer to resolve this issue. Their [redacted] account was refunded in full for the purchase they made with us ($75.99.) They were unable to reach us to cancel this order after they placed it as they requested. Again, we've spoken directly to this...
customer, apologized for their inconvenience and refunded them in full. We are under new management since this complaint was lodged, and we respond quickly and appropriately to all customer inquiries. We also had difficulty accessing the Revdex.com website to respond to this complaint until today. Please let us know if any additional information is needed.
