I would like to have the whole refund please. There were many aspects and expectations I felt weren't met due to the fact that the letter of apology indicated that we would be refunded, yet only half of the amount was at $80.36. Can you please just refund the cost in whole at $82.35 or $80.36 (tax included)so I can be 100% satisfied on behalf of my experiences during my stay? Thank you.
