We have used Historic Richmond Renovations for a couple of large projects in our house over the past few years They have been great to work with on everything they have done for us When we were enclosing a screened in back porch, they helped me work with the Committee for Architectural review to get past all if their regulations Since they work with many old houses, such as ours, they know what can and can't be done The do the work on time and their estimates have been more than reasonable Their crew are friendly, knowledgeable and they kept things tidy They quality is top notchFor our last project, We had no qualms about giving them our keys while we went on vacation
