I am in the process or re-sending email that was previously sent to [redacted]. The most recent email was sent June 14, 2015. I would like the business to respond directly to my complaint as opposed to simply refuting the fact that I have tried many times to contact them. If they have the time to respond to a Revdex.com complaint, they should be able to find some time to reach out directly to me and address my concern.

This case is showing closed. I have never received any information either from the Revdex.com informing me as such or an answer to any phone calls I have made to this business. As of this writing I still do not have the missing charts and rules necessary for playing the game.

HMS/GRD does not require me to contact them as they have repeatedly given one excuse after another concerning WHY they cannot ship that which I've already paid for. They just recently posted another of a long list of excuses saying they will ship by Christmas. Something they have been doing for the last several years. I expect them to ship me that which I've paid for now, not another excuse.
