mr*** the jaguar xke was listed on ebay auction style website as part of my terms any interest buyer or bidder has ten days to inspect the car before the end of the auction also I have terms stated that all sales are final and the car is sold as is where according to the bill
of sale this does not mean according to ebay terms that you can inspect the car after being the winning bidder/purchaserduring the auction mr*** ask for pictures of the engine number, body number and vin plate which I sent to him he asked about the cylinder head numbers and was told that they were hard to read but correct he never asked for pictures of the cylinder head numbersmr*** was the winning bidder/purchaser and paid dollars for the car according to my terms and ebay terms as the winning bidder you are in a contract to buy the car according to ebay policies upon picking the car up mrschwarts decided not to take the car because the numbers on the cylinder head were hard to read which was disclose to him before the end of the auction there was never an agreement of returning his money to himthis year old car was driven to several car shows with no signs of any mechanical problems car had no lack of power, oil pressure was good, no overheating, and no smoke blowing out the exhaustany other dealer or private person would of described the car as I did the car was described correctly and sold as isplease let me know mr*** if you have any other questions *** *** historical motors

I am rejecting this response because:  Seller is a blatantly dishonest.  On June 30th I requested photos of cylinder head and seller would not provide see page 2 of attachment.  Seller attested cylinder head matched ID plate and they do not.  I told seller prior to close of sale if the cylinder head did not match I was not interested in car, he blatantly lied.    Seller attested that car was a 2 owner car, when car was actually a 4 owner car, owned by Texan, 2 people out East in Philadelphia area, and prior owner in Medina, OH. Mileage is inaccurate as speedometer is broke and mileage meter does not work. Again he lies that oil pressure was good, oil pressure was 20 PSI at 3000 RPM at 70 degrees celcius, I have photos of that.  Main bearings are worn out, engine oil galleys were plugged with dirt and debris, causing main bearings to wear prematurely, again I have photos to prove this.  [redacted] is a blatant liar.  We shook hands on him agreeing to refund my money in 30 days and he refused to do so after 45 days had elapsed.   I wasted two days going over to get the car and wasted $500+ in gas and hotel.  [redacted] has not integrity.  See his e-bay listing, his representations are laced with fraudulent lies.    A buyer cannot rely on any representations [redacted] or Historical Motors makes as he is a blatant liar.
