Hit Quarters was unable to deliver promised service, refused to refund my money, promised a credit and now will not return calls or honor credit. [redacted] I entered an agreement with HQ to provide three semi-private baseball coaching sessions paying $150.00. They were able to provide one coaching session but could not keep the remaining two sessions because the coach was unavailable due to umpiring. At the time [redacted] refused to refund my money (stated it was in a contract which I was never signed) but promised he would honor the remaining $105.00. In [redacted] I called to redeem my credit. [redacted] recalled the situation and credit but stated he would not honor my full credit due to 2 years elapsing. He promised to research the issue and call me back, which he never did. I have since called four times in the last month, spoken to two people and left two message, none of which have been returned.Desired SettlementI would like a complete refund of the $105.00 owed me by HQ that I paid in in good faith. They were not able to keep their end of the agreement. I think they use deceptive business practices and I think it's wrong to refuse to refund monies owed a customer and then refuse to redeem the owed credit. Their business practices are inconsistent and dishonest. Business Response I have spoken to [redacted] right after this dispute. There was miscommunication that prompted this to be written. We have solved the issue where she will be receiving a credit for the unused services in the amount of 2) 1 Hour Cage rentals and also be given two private sessions for her son for our inability to provide the service in a prompt manner.
