I can only apologize to *** *** for both our failure to coordinate satisfactory delivery times between ourselves and the manufacturer and our lack of communication with regard to the pictures requested Our salesperson showed extreme lack of concern for addressing the concerns of ***
***, and the back and forth between departments is unacceptable by Hitch RV standards Improvements and disciplinary measures are currently taking place Upon the unit's actual arrival at Hitch RV, we were disappointed to learn that some of the modifications *** *** had requested were not accommodated by the manufacturer, such as the window in the rear of the trailer It turned out to be something they cannot do We regret that the sale was not able to go through because of the failure to supply the desired RV to *** *** We constantly strive to improve our operations and standards by which they are carried out by our employees We hope to learn from our mistakes and improve upon each experience, whether good or bad We also hope *** *** can find her dream RV to enjoy for years to come

We love that Dave cared enough about us to make sure we have the correct weight trailer for our truck after the owner of another dealership had sold us one that was to heavy. He took the time to listen to us and found out what we truly wanted and our camper travels so well. We are sending all of our friends to see you!!

We purchased a RV, a Riverside Retro, from Hitch at the January RV show in Edison, New Jersey on Jan 23rd. on 3/20 we were told by sales man it would be in at the end of the week .3/21 we were told by salesman it would be the end of the next week. 4/6 we were told by salesman it would be here Friday or Saturday. 4/17 we were told we would get pictures when salesman had time. 4/18 I emailed sales man and asked for confirmation of pick up and pictures. We receive no response. We were told 4-6 weeks until delivery. It has now been over 3 months. Service called and said we had to schedule pick up in Delaware. We scheduled pick up for New Jersey when we made the purchase because we live in NJ. Service said I would have to discuss with salesman. Sales man D[redacted] told us we needed to speak with J** in service. Since they said it was in, we asked for emailed pictures to be sure the modifications we ordered were on the RV. We were told the camera ran out of batteries. 4/18 we were told we would get pictures ASAP. Have not received any. 4/18 again asked for confirmation of appointment and location and was told J** from service would set that up. Called J** and he said D[redacted] the salesman would set that up. This is all documented in email from the salesman. The salesman also email "I don't get the whole picture thing."
Nice way to address a customers wishes. 4/19 sent text message to M[redacted] the manager asking for assistance and answers. Have heard nothing. Called and left message with M[redacted] that we are requesting information and pictures. We would not haul our trade in to dealer if RV did not meet the specifications per our order. In order to confirm, we wanted pictures. WE HAVE HEARD NOTHING! This is a disgraceful way to treat customers. I have never had a buying experience like this. Very disappointing. I don't even know if the RV is really in..

We purchased an Elevation Toyhauler In June 2014. We have had nothing but issues with it since day one. Now Hitch Rv has come back saying its in both parties interest if we take it somewhere else. It comes down to they don't want to fix it. We tried to get Hitch RV to buy it back and they won't. They are the most unprofessional sales and service staff we have ever dealt with.

Review: I purchased a trailer from Hitch RV in Blackwood early in March and was told the the trailer would be delivered to me in about a month. It is now almost three months later and I still have yet to receive my trailer or even a clear explanation of why it is taking so long. I have been calling them almost every other day to find out where my trailer is and they can't even tell me that. Also, to get through to them I have to call at least two or three times just to get someone to answer. At this point, I think they avoid my calls because the phone rings for various amounts of times, sometimes only once or twice and sometimes 8 or 9, before going to the answering machine which I am all to familiar with. I have been told countless times that they would receive the trailer and that it would be delivered to me in a week for sure. I had plans for my family to stay with us Memorial day weekend in my new trailer since I thought I would for sure have it by now, but of course I don't. Now I have to cancel on them. Also, as icing on the cake, about two weeks ago I noticed that the same exact trailer that I purchased was listed on their site for about $2,000 less than what I purchased it for. After explaining to the sales manager that I was very angry about how a trailer that I DON'T EVEN HAVE went down in price he told me that there must be a mistake and sure enough the listing was off of their website in about 10 minutes. If I had known the trailer would have taken so long to get to me I probably would not have purchased it, and defiantly wouldn't have bought it at Hitch RV. I have yet to have been offered any type of restitution or sincere apology for all of my troubles.Desired Settlement: I would like some type of restitution for being lied to and for going through the trouble I am going through described above.

My name is [redacted]. I am the controller for Hitch RV. I had [redacted], our sales manager in NJ, call [redacted] the week of May 18th to discuss the issue. The problem was that [redacted]'s unit had come in with the wrong configuration, with regard to the bed mattress size and a couch. So we were waiting on the replacement items that were being sent in another unit. The unit was being delayed out in Indiana. So Tom spoke to [redacted] and they came to an agreement that we would deliver his unit as it was, so that his family could have it for Memorial Day, and that we would come out and replace what needed to be replaced once the parts arrived. I authorized Tom to offer a 32" flat screen tv as compensation for the delay in receiving their unit. I witnessed the phone call, and Tom and [redacted] had reached an agreement. The trailer was delivered by the end of the week and the [redacted]'s had it in time for Memorial Day. The moment the second trailer arrives on our lot, we will send out our technician to the [redacted]'s. [redacted] also informed Tom that his son was the one who had lodged the complaint against Hitch RV and that he would have him remove it.

Let the buyer beware. On two occasions the manager told me, "you bought a used camper, you get what you get."

This dealership is basically run by a father and son team. The salesmen promise warranties and service to make the sale then the sales manager, the father, denies the promises. "That's not how our dealership works" is his response when pushed for service. I've been flat out lied to by the sales team and received no satisfaction from the manager.
