The shoes are still on backorder and expected with 2 to 3 weeks.  We will ship the customer's shoes as soon as they are available.  The customer also has the option to cancel his order anytime for a complete refund.

 I heard from Hitchcock Shies and they agreed to reimburse me for the shoes and shipping and handling.  I returned the shoes two weeks ago and still have not been reimbursed. Regards,
