trailer hitch not installed correctly as electrical wire were not attached to motor or hitch hitch was ordered on 6/to be installed on 7/ Appointment changed to 7/then 7/and finally installed on 7/by retailer I was refunded $on the price for this issue When I got the U-Haul attached to the car the lights did not work due to the lack of wires hooked up by the retailer
