Dear Revdex.com, 
Two issues were presented by the consumer regarding my advertising which I would like to clarify -...

trailer advertisement and military discounts.    There was no change or adjustment of the [redacted] horse trailer with mats at $9700.  This advertisement was available for viewing on my website and on [redacted] which goes out to viewers across the United States.  A second item was raised regarding Military Discounts.  I have no details on the website regarding  these discounts - I work with all customers to offer the best price that I can but I do not specifically address any individuals with special discounts. 
The purchase interaction proceeded in this fashion, the customer and I exchanged a couple of emails eventually settling on $9500 (discount $200) for the trailer with mats.  A day later, she emailed me asking if I could offer a military discount to lower the price further.  I told her that we would discuss this when they arrived to look at the trailer.  They arrived one week later to view the trailer and we discussed the price.  I reviewed the email stream and confirmed that we could sell the trailer for $9500 with mats.  The customer asked for a further lowering of the 
price via a military discount and mentioned that they did not need the mats and could purchase them at a retail store close to their house.  I agreed to the lower price with no mats and we wrote up the purchase at $9375 which was $325 below my advertised price on my website.  Upon completion of the invoice paperwork and payment, the customer demonstrated complete satisfaction with the purchase.  My shop assisted in hooking up the trailer with their vehicle and some issues with the lights occurred.  My mechanic spent 20 minutes determining and fixing the issue and there was no charge.  During this entire period of time, I received no signal from the customer that there was dissatisfaction with the trailer or the purchase. 
Upon reading the statement of complaint from customer via Revdex.com, I immediately called the customer and apologized for the misunderstanding regarding the mats.  I mentioned that I would purchase a set of mats for the trailer at a store near their home and they could pick up the mats for the trailer. 
I take complaints regarding my business VERY seriously.  I engaged with the customer immediately, offered an apology and purchased the mats for the trailer per the request.  Misunderstandings can occur but resolution and customer satisfaction are critical components to my business practice.
