Hi, you actually stated to us that you were viewing another trailer, for example, in TexasI am not sure how to further help you at this point, I do apologizeThe trailer was inspected by you, approved by you and an AS IS form was signedWe did not state the bearings were replaced one year ago as this is not the notes we had from the consignor and we did do the service our self so we were not in a position to state thatIt is not a thing to replace bearings so I know for a fact my employee didn't relay that informationWe did not own that trailer and was simply a middle man brokering the sale for the consignorI am not in a place to view the trailer at its current location to verify its condition now that it has been detailed but that is not the view we had when we sold it therefore did not falsely inform you, we informed with the best information we had available to us given the situationWe did inform you of the faults we noticed and included electrical repairs and a roof reseal at not charge along with a $price reduction by the consignor based on your offerPlease review the details on the AS IS form you signed for further assistance regarding your new trailer.

I am rejecting this response because:This was the only trailer I was looking at, at this time. I was assured by the owner herself that after speaking with the owner of the trailer the bearings were replaced year ago, her service employee inspected the roof, floor and brakes all were in good condition with the exception of the roof which was re-sealedI was lead to believe her service department inspected the trailer fully upon consignment nand was told the flooring was in good conditionI have attached photos of the trailer along with a statement from *** ***, including a vin number matching the trailer sold that this trailer is NOT SAFE FOR HAULINGI signed the "as is" agreement with the understanding the information given to me regarding the trailer were correct and factualI was never offered a "Pre- Purchase or outside inspection as this trailer company advertises as sales and service

Hi, Unfortunately it appears this customer was viewing several different trailers and has mixed up informationThis trailer was sold on consignment by our dealership AS ISThe customer was advised that the consignors stated that the bearings were last serviced 2-years ago and the brakes were
checked thenThe roof did need a reseal so we included that in the sale along with any electrical repairsA mat was pulled and the floor appeared to be in used condition but was not detailed and cleaned out for us to see any explicit faults as the purchaser is now viewingThe trailer was completed viewed at her and her husband leisure and after viewing I asked if they had any questions or concernsAt that time they stated that it was dirty under the mats but otherwise looked fineThey agreed to purchase this used trailerThey were advised, and they signed documents (attached), stating the trailer was consigned (not owned by us), the trailer was SOLD AS IS (signed twice), no warranties or guaranties were offered by our dealership or ***, and the sales invoice saying everything was reviewed and agreed to prior to purchasingThey did not pay for a safety inspection or prepurchase exam for us to go into detail as to the trailers condition or maintenanceWe were not aware of any issues with the trailer as it left our propertyWe aren't even able to verify if the trailer in her photos is the same trailer we sold herWe also have no record of emailing her any photo showing the floors condition so again we fear that maybe was another trailer she was viewing.
