have given us a call, and we would happily have reshipped, or issued her a full refund. Please let me know how the client wants to proceed. If she wants a refund, that is not a problem at all just let me know. If she wants to receive her order that works as well. If she wants a refund, and still wants her order, that would be our pleasure! We are here to make the lives of our clients easier, not harder.
