They were very helpful and answered all questions before proceeding with the research questionsGave a background on what the research was for and why they are doing it as well
This company promised to pay a certain dollar amount to complete a survey and submit hospital claimsPer Sean, they would pay $per hospital claim, I submitted claimsOf tIf three, only two were eligible because one was not covered by my insurance companyWell after we spoke with ***, so Sean could verify billing codes, he did pay $Well he explained that ONE claim wasn't eligible, he never explained why the second claim wasn't paid alsoSo I called Sean back just to question why there wasn't a second payment, since it was covered and applies to my deductibleI thought it was a simple oversight, but the conversation went bad QUICKLY! Sean began saying I was a scam artist trying to shake him down, he told me to shut my lips, I mean he was terribleKept saying he knows people like me and I was thinking wrong and lying on himI was shocked because again I thought maybe he didn't realize the other claim was covered, but during his nasty rant I realized he had done this bef
