Hired for wedding videography services and have yet to receive final video
We booked bliss entertainment for our videography services for our 10/23/weddingRyan, the owner, was terrible with communication through the entire process
We have paid this vendor in full and have yet to receive our wedding videoRyan scheduled an appointment for us on April 19, to pick up our video from his officeA couple hours before the meeting he had his assistant call and cancel the meetingWe have not been able to contact him since, he has not responded to emails, texts, or phone callsVery frustrating to pay $1,for a service and not receive the final product

My husband and I hired Ryan *** and Bliss Entertainment and Event Group in Feb as one of our wedding vendors for our wedding on July16, We booked uplights, full room pattern wash lighting, photobooth, and videography services which was a total of $Prior to booking, Ryan was very attentive and easy to get in contact withWe booked with him at the *** bridal fair in which he gave us background on his company and even introduced us to some of his employeesAfter booking, I never really heard from Ryan unless he wanted to know when we were sending our paymentsAbout two weeks before our wedding, I reached out to Ryan to go over specific details since he had never contacted me about itSuch things as, the color of the uplighting, what time they would arrive, photobooth layouts, where things should be places and so on and so forth

I hired Bliss Entertainment to provide a photo booth and my child's school fall carnival The booth did not work at all during the event Because I was required to pay in full upfront, I requested a $refund I was told by Ryan, the owner, that he would refund the money I requested a check be sent directly to the school *** So I waited, and waited and waited, but the check never came (The event was in October) I texted, called, emailed Ryan several times with no responseI finally got a response stating that he had "already sent the check." However, he claimed that he wasn't sure who to make it out to so he made it out to cash and sent it to the school The school received no such checkI then asked him again, to send the check directly to me Several weeks later, no check I finally texted and asked for the refund to be sent to my credit card as clearly cutting a check was an issue He said he would do that However, today is February 1st and still no refund H

Bliss Entertainment Group ran credit card twice by "mistake" and one year later has not refunded the money
Bliss Entertainment Group was hired to provide exhibition services for an event in ***For those contracted services they charged my credit card twiceDespite acknowledging the mistake and pledging to refund the money, they have not done soIt has been year since the event
Email from owner:
"I apologize for delayI did some investigating and it looks like we received an email from you that said something was wrong with the initial card payment and to re run card againWe did not know that the initial payment did actually captureI will tell accounting to process a refund tomorrowIt could take up to 10-business days for the credit to appear back to your cardI will also send you a finalized event invoice showing paid in fullThanks and we look forward to working with you in the future again!"
