4/12/16To whom it may concern, .In regards to the complaint dated April I did indeed make a mistake in putting a quote together for the Kelleher's car, I was also unaware of the need for wiper blades and the light repairI was also unaware of the change of his appointment from an inspection and wheel alignment to an inspection and oil changeHe was dealing with three different people and information doesn't always get relayed as it should.In the enclosed letter addressed to me dated April 2016, the 1st paragraph states in their own words I gave them a price of “about $290:00" for front and rear shocks and laborThat is what they were charged.My error was throwing a grand total number together while had Marc on the phone and rushing to do itThat does not change the fact he knew what the shocks were going to costHe never asked what the inspection was of what the oil change was going to cost.The only thing unexpected on the bill should have been the wiper blades and light repairI am willing to refund those items and nothing more.Wipers Bulb Labor Tax 3.07.Total $53,32.The [redacted] need to look at themselves before they accuse someone one else of theftThey are the ones trying to cheat a business out of something they did not pay forRegardsDouglas S

We dropped off our car at the named location to have our inspection done Upon looking at the car, the mechanics noticed that the front and rear shocks needed to be replaced before the car would pass inspection They called my husband who asked for a price for the work that needed to be done, including the inspection The man put him on hold, came back and told him that the work, including the inspection, would cost about $
I went to pick up the car today and the bill they handed me was for $ I told the customer service individual that we were quoted about $less than that and asked him why it was so much higher The individual got the owner while I got my husband on the phone (he was at an appointment so I was picking up the car)
In looking at the bill, we were charged $x for wiper blades, and $(bulb)+$(bulb installation) Neither of these items were approved for installation by my husband or myself While I am looking at the bill, I
