I never go on an overnight
I can relax just like my little furball when I use my favorite diffuser, the melatonin. I've also tried the other diffusers, and they all work wonders for me – helping me focus, stay awake, calm down, and sleep. I never go on an overnight trip without them!

These products are fantastic!
These products are fantastic! The gummies make me feel more mellow and calm, while the melatonin defuser helps me sleep through the night without feeling drowsy in the morning. I love everything so far, including the sleep mask that blocks out all light. Thank you for creating these wonderful products!

Money Taken Out No Proof Of Order
I wanted to try Cloudy, but the website kept messing up and not taking my information. (Keep in mind, I did not put in card information, as it would not let me get that far) Instead, I decided to use PayPal because it said it was quicker. That wouldn’t work either. I began to become frustrated and gave up. Then, all of a sudden, $20.00 was taken from my bank account. It does not show up on my PayPal. Although, my card says it’s through PayPal. THIS MAKES NO SENSE. I have no proof of an order! I have no shipping information! I have no order number, no order confirmation, nothing! I DID NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING. The business has yet to respond to me. From everything I have read, I have realized THIS IS A SCAM. Do not but from Cloudy. They take your money and they false advertise.

Fraudulent Shipping claims - No customer service - No tracking number and not allowed cancel.
This company does NOT ship within 24 hours as claimed on their website. They do NOT have 24/7 customer service as they claim on their website. They state you can't cancel orders after they are placed because "Inventory reservations are made instantly". Nothing about this process has been instant. I placed an order 413261 and have heard nothing back, however they have emailed me daily since placing the order, to buy more items and refer friends. I have disputed with Paypal since this order remains unfulfilled I would like to cancel and get a full refund. Not interested in doing business with this company after reading the REAL reviews from customers -vs- what is on their site.
Someone needs to look into this company's false claims and the fact that they are taking customers money MONTHS before actually sending products - reputable companies only charge once shipped. A Class action may be in order - refunds, plus interest for time they hold funds and deliver nothing. I want to cancel and get my money back! ZERO STARS

Sent completely wrong product
I ordered from Cloudy. Com and I paid through PayPal I got an email saying that it was delivered but the package was never there I was emailing the company multiple times with no response they told me it was delivered + 2 my post office I did and told them the only package I received was a random package with four ugly Chinese bracelets and when they gave me the receipt cuz there was nothing in the package I noticed it said it was from Pennsylvania and I told him that's where the package was it was still in my car for days so I went out to get it and sure enough that's what they sent me same tracking number and everything so I reach back out to the company to be like what the [censored] is going on why would you send me for heavy Chinese bracelets that are ugly and definitely close to way more to ship then a melatonin diffuser they apologized and said they were sending me out a new one and then I would receive tracking but I never did this company is totally bogus do not buy anything from them

My product has not been shipped in 40 days. I was told it would be shipped to me at the end of May. I am now being told that it is being shipped June.
I would like a refund as requested. I have not received a proper response on when it will happen or if I will get one.

I want a refund as requested since they have not given me my product or even attempted to ship it.

I ordered a product from ***. It's been almost four weeks and the product hasn't shipped.
I've emailed them and keep getting told it's going to ship on a certain date. When the date comes, it's not shipped. They claim it's because of Covid, but at this point, this is just a scam. There's no number to call. Just refund me please. But I'm pretty sure this business is a total scam and should be investigated.

Just refund my money. Enough of the lies it's going to ship

I bought the product online, and it came fairly quickly and was so far happy. However after only three nights of use, it broke. I could no longer use it, I am very shocked. I would like to contact yourselves over the phone as soon as possible, I am from the uk. Very unimpressed I would like to speak with a manger, as I have said on the phone.

Never shipped order after payment. Falsifying reviews for advertisement. Improper customer care.
I placed an order on 4/17 and was immediately charged full price. The site did not mention anything about processing or shipment delays at the time. After I ordered and paid, the site said there may be a SMALL delay in shipment due to COVID-19 but that my order would be shipping without 3-8 business days. Since then, the website does now mention the possibility of delays but still states 3-8 business days at most for orders to be shipped. I received an email on 4/24 apologizing if I had not received my order yet, and that if I had not received a tracking number yet I should expect shipment within 3-7 business days. I emailed the care team on 05/04 after still not receiving a tracking number or shipment confirmation. I received a response from an "***" apologizing for the delay, explaining the delay due to covid and stating that she pushed my order to the front of the queue and that it would be shipped by 05/08. 05/05 after "***" responded, I got an email from Cloudy stating the product was BACK IN STOCK and that I was near the front of their back log. Said my order would be shipped between 05/06-05/14.
Never once was I notified before, during, or after ordering that the product was out of stock and I would be on a back order. I emailed again 05/10 asking for a refund because I was getting conflicting answers as to when my order would be shipped and was mislead at time of ordering. I went into a detailed complaint about my experience and disappointment only to be responded to by the same exact email (word for word) from the Cloudy Team, this time without a name and with a new timeframe of 5/11-5/14. I responded yet again asking for a refund since I feel I am never going to receive the product. I got a response of the same email (again, word for word) that "***" had sent me the first time. This time it did have her name at the bottom like the first email and stated my order would be shipped by 5/12. On the website it has product reviews that were published 5/10 raving about the product and how quickly it was delivered. I believe either these reviews are fake and made by the company to force fake advertising or that my order has been forgotten about and I will never receive it. There is no other way to contact this business besides email, which is clearly driven off an automatic system with no genuine "team members" giving responses and solving issues.

Desired Outcome

I want to SPEAK to a company rep on the phone. No more emails from an automated system that is generated just to respond. I want their reviews questioned for authenticity and I want my full refund plus the product for the trouble. And the company should be required to have a contact number for customer complaints/issues.

I don't believe this company is running a proper and legitimate business. As stated in my previous complaint, there is no Customer Service Support number you contact. When you email support, only automated responses are sent. I know this because each email I've received has been word for word the exact same. I've seen other customer complaints with this same issue. Even the response to the Revdex.com complaint was written word for word exactly as an email I received. I was told I was issued a refund, but have not received it to my bank account which is part of the reason I will not accept this response. I am aware it can take several business days for the refunds to reflect, which is why I waited several days to respond. I work for a bank, so I know the process. I also know customer service and I truly believe this company's sole purpose is scamming people out of their money & expecting them to just file a dispute with their bank for the charges. As also mentioned before, the "reviews" listed on their website are clearly illegitimate. Almost every single review mentions how "quickly" their product arrived and how great the customer service is. Reviews that were posted today,yesterday/etc. and around the same time I ordered my product that I never got. Any comments made on social media pages about purchase experience are complete opposite that I have found. I have found many that claim the same issues I have, such as never receiving the product, automated email responses and never receiving a refund. I will not be satisfied with this complaint until "Cloudy" aka Hive Endeavors LLC is held legally responsible for false advertisement as well as fraud. The response states I was given a "phone number" to contact customer service. I received said phone number via text message without a supervisor name or person to specifically reach out to. I do not feel comfortable calling a random number that texts me (that I did not give authorization to do so).

1. Each email is read by a real human, we don't use any kind of automated response system. The only automatic response you will receive is one that confirms that your support ticket was successfully created in Zendesk after you send us an email.
2. Our Revdex.com response was written by a real human.
3. The PayPal refund was fully processed. You received a confirmation email of this and are free to check the payment on PayPal to see that it is indeed marked as "Refunded"
4. You are free to keep the product that you received.
4. The reviews are legitimate.
5. We prominently displayed (and continue to display) the shipping delay on our website. We also send out email updates regarding the delay.
6. We've reached out to you on several occasions via text, call, and email to try to see if there is anything further that you'd like to discuss or anything that we can do to make you happy.

As I said before, this climate has been extremely frustrating for us, as customer experience is a top priority of ours and shipping delays are never fun! I'm hoping that you can accept our apologies. I can promise that these delays are widespread, and are something that I've had to personally deal with when I've been purchasing things over the last couple of months, so I know how you feel.

I bought a product from this store in February, before special forces selection. Its April now and I haven't recieved my product. I have emails.
I ordered a product from this store back in February before Special Forces Selection. Its April now and I have not received my product. I have emails and Instagram direct messages with company telling me that they will ship soon, but they keep pushing the date to the right. I have proof of emails and DMs with the company support. I'm seeking to obtain a refund or my product, there are other people with the same issue involving the company not fulfilling their sales promises.

My underage son ordered a product from this company accidentally and I have tried several emails to reach out to them to return the item and get a refund. My first email was immediate at the end of November. The website claims to be available 24/7 for contact and after several attemps, I have never gotten a reply. Now it is past the 30 day return policy and I am concerned they do not follow through with their return policy.

It is a vape looking product that has melatonin like properties. . . I don't want him using anything that is not FDA approved.

I would like help getting a reply from this business.

You caught our support during the holiday rush, which caused a delay in average response time. Response times are now back to normal (within 24hr).
