To Whom concerned:This is in concern from a complaint you all recieved from a previous customer of mind that is saying I used fraudulant sale practices to sale a vehicle to her, which is not correctSaying she was not aware the the vehicle had a salvage titleThere is know way possible she could not have known this before she took prosession of the vehicleShe have to sign the title first off for title transferIt is clearly printed on the title that it vehicle has a rebuilt salvage titlenot only that no vehicle leaves the lot without insuranceThe insurance company enformed her that the vehicle has a salvage titleShe had every opportunity to cancel the contract but she didn'tIt seems to me that this person is trying to something for nothingYou can't try a vehicle out for three and a half months for freeThem she put about miles on a vehicle in 1/monthsthis person needs to get realIf she didn't want the vehicle she shouldn't have bought itShe was 1/months late on paymentsThe vehicle has been reprocessed

not have known this before she took prosession of the vehicle. She have to sign the title first off for title transfer. It is clearly printed on the title that it vehicle has a rebuilt salvage title. not only that no vehicle leaves the lot without insurance. The insurance company enformed her that the vehicle has a salvage title. She had every opportunity to cancel the contract but she didn't. It seems to me that this person is trying to something for nothing. You can't try a vehicle out for three and a half months for free. Them she put about 9000 miles on a vehicle in 3 1/2 months. this person needs to get real. If she didn't want the vehicle she shouldn't have bought it. She was 2 1/2 months late on payments. The vehicle has been reprocessed.

I am rejecting this response because: I offered to pay Mr. [redacted] and he refused the payment. I will admit that he is correct when he said that he repossessed the car. I was unable to pay in January, due to my bank card being compromised and I told him that. Then I was in the hospital in January and February and the same week that I got back is when Mr. [redacted] came to my mothers house to pick up the car. I offered to pay Mr. [redacted] what was owed to him and he refused. I Mr. [redacted] said that I would be trouble and that he just wanted to pick up the car. I asked him again did he want the money to catch up the payments on the car and he said that he would hold the payment for 30 days and then I would have to pay the car off. I told him that I wouldn't able to do that, so his reply was I will just take the car. I just asked him to allow me to just get my things out of the car. I removed my items and I gave him the keys. I called him the next day and told him that I left some items over the sun visor and would he keep them until I could come get them. He said yes. The next day I went to get them and he came to the car and asked me was I planning on getting the car back. I told him no, because he thought that I would be trouble and that I offered that to him on the day that he came to pick up the car. He then asked if I would put that in writing so that he could resale the car. I quoted again what he said. He then asked if I would sign a form that he had composed. The first one stated that I voluntarily relinquished the car and that I would not owe anything else on the car and that I wouldn't receive anything negative on my credit report. The second form stated that he would be able to resale the car and that anything that was over the amount I would be given the difference and that if he sold it for a lessor amount that I would have to pay the difference. I told him that the second form was contradicting the first form. I told him that I would sign the first form but not the second one. I asked my mother to read the forms and she said the same thing that it was contradicting the first form. I signed the first form and asked for a copy. I wouldn't recommend this car dealership to anyone. Mr. [redacted] isn't forth coming about the history of his inventory and even during the signing of the original paperwork I found mistakes and he was having to go back and redo forms to print. Any contradicting information regarding this claim my mother can give a statement. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
