Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: They have right out lied the home needed repairs when I moved in which were not all addressed at allThis company failed to repair multiple thing which I and members of my family had to repair ourselvesThe other complaint they never even acknowledged at all was the window which didn't open which [redacted] *** knowingly knew about and failed to send someone to repairI think this company has no respect for anyone renting from them and all they care about is what payoff they will get each monthAll they can refer to is the damn carpet and they failed to address what my complaint was actually aboutThey can refer to the lease and the exit paper I signed however no mention of the original walk through I had when I took occupancy and items they never took care of which was their responsibility and not mine Sincerely, [redacted]

I don't know what to say The lease says she was to clean the carpets She did not and we attached the carpet cleaning invoice[redacted] and her family were the first people to occupy this house.We have an occupancy permit from the City of Troy.If any of her complaints are true, what has that got to do with cleaning the carpets as the lease states?You have all this information, I don't know how I could be any clearer

I think this company has no respect for anyone renting from them and all they care about is what payoff they will get each month.
