Review: In February, 2013, I ordered [redacted] windows and doors for an entire new construction home. All items, to include window screens and grills, were paid in full upon ordering. Windows and doors were delivered in March and June 2013. Upon the last delivery, I discovered that two (2) window screens were missing, two (2) window screens were damaged and three (3) wooden window grills were missing. I immediately contacted salesman [redacted], who came to inspect the damages screens and verified the size of the missing screens.[redacted] advised that he would order the seven (7) missing pieces with an expected delivery date of 7/31/13. On 8/2/13, I contacted [redacted] who advised that the seven (7) items were in stock and that they would be delivered. Since 8/2/13, I've made several calls to [redacted] and received several delivery dates, none of which he honored. The last date that [redacted] promised deivery was Friday, 8/23/13.Desired Settlement: Deliver ordered or refund monies paid.
