Around the Corner Auto has been wonderful to me and my auto needs. I was referred to them by an acquaintance and gave them a try. They have bent over backwards to work on my vehicles in a timely manner and in the most cost-effective way possible.
They have also recently upgraded their equipment and now will email you the complete inspection report with the pictures of your car to back up their concerns. The communication is great - they call you for permission any time a new, higher or possible cost arises before they fix it.
My only regret is the time I tried a chain auto repair company instead - it was a disaster. I went back to Around the Corner Auto and had them fix what the other company missed.
Our contractor who does pest control at our house told us about James I[redacted] and how good of a handy service he has. I contacted James I[redacted] around late May of this year and he came out to my parent's home in early June of 2016 and showed him somethings we needed to be done. He said he was going to email me the quote, which he did around June 7, 2016. I replied to his quote to add another item to it and that my Mom was ready to go with the work whenever he was. I never heard back from him. I called his number, his office number and left messages with his wife. I even e-mailed James to see what was the hold up with him getting back to us. He never replied to my e-mails.
I called him last week and he said he was having problems with his e-mail account but that he would get back to me. Here it is, almost two months of trying to make contact with him to no avail.
James is a very nice man, but he has to get back to his customers. Communication is so important. I would have liked to do business with him but he never got back to us.
