Dear *** ***, In repsonse to *** ***'s complaint Revdex.com# ***, I have spoken with our Service Manager *** *** and here are the events of the (4) service calls that took place as follows. * 2/25/-- First service call was placed, we replaced the interior breaker panel. * 2/28/
--Second service call was placed for a light in the bedroom flickeringWe found a bad light fixture in the bedroom closet and replaced it with a new fixture. *3/19/14-- Third service call was placedWe found a broken outlet in bedroom #In bedroom #we found an outlet to have a loose neutral wire and replaced with a new outlet. * 3/24/--Forth service call was placed for no power in three bedroomsWe traced the wires in all of the bedrooms and found two additional burned outlets and replaced those as well. All of these service calls above were for different issue within the home; they were not a recall and resolved at each visitMr*** spoke with *** *** on 4/19/15, *** *** told him that she did not want Capital Electric back out to her homeMr*** tried working with *** *** and reached out to her again on 4/13/with no response. Capital Electric, Incwarranties all its work performed however, any work performed by Capital Electric on *** ***s home is now null and void of Warranty as a competitor was brought in to work in the homeCapital Electric does not stab wires in the back of outlets; the existing outlets that were replaced were stabed in the back therefore causing trouble througout the houseThe City of San Antonio does not require a permit for Service CallsCapital Electric, Incfeels that there is no reimbursement due to *** ***.Capital Electric, Inc has been in business for years and has had no complaintsCapital Electric prides itself on providing the highest quality and most cost effective electrical services for our clientsAll our service technicians are licensed and follow national electrical compliance codes.If any further information is needed, please feel free to contact me at your convenience.Respectfully, *** ***
