I was aware of problem about week ago( Jul21, '17).Today is Jul28th '17.Service truck will be ready in days.As soon as service truck is ready, we'll come out to customer & take care of problem( by Mon./ Jul31st)

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find the resolution is satisfactory to me

Hiof our truck broke down & other truck is in service.I'm waiting on truck to be repaired.As soon as truck is repaired, I'll take care of customer concern
