On 7-23-it was a Saturday evening customer called Done Right to there home to dry out there basementWhen I got to there home there baseboards were moldy looked like wet for awhile.I have pictures as well I gave Mr [redacted] estimate to remove carpet, pad and disposed put air movers and dehu in the basement to dry it outMr [redacted] gave approval to start clean up and dry outWe did job hired to dueTold Mr [redacted] to figure out grading or any issues to fix after we dry home Homeowner put carpet back on his own Done right has no responsibility for him not fixing or waterproof basement only hired to dry wet structure as told Mr [redacted] Several weeks later we received a NSF non sufficient check check #for $3,We expect to be payed for work hiredTo dry wet basementthat is a crime to write a check especially for that dollar amount if customer does not pay we will have to pursue legal action

the total of job with seperate trips out there was $4,not $4,which owner has put as well gave clifford estimate prior to work for job to remove carpet and dry out as per invoice stated no repairsHad equiptment on site days only charge for dayswent over charges prior he agreed
TOLD US TO REMOVE WET CARPET AND DRY OUTWe are not refunding him back for we did everything stated on contract which he gave permission and I personally went over with clifford

Basement was wet several days had strong odor recommended carpet removal as stated as well let homeowner no baseboards needed to be removed cause walls were reading wet bottom part of wood was already damaged because had been wet several days due to water damageLet homeowner no when removed baseboards paneling was damage because water had been up against there multiple daysWe did not cause damage the water did, as well when baseboards where removed the paneling was old and a peice of paneling was loose when removed baseboard which was nailed to panelingwould be willing to refund $dollars to homeownerI am truly sorry for his wet basement however did supplly content moving water extraction with are truckmount 1st time at site and all removal carpet and pad as stated and air movers with xxl low grain refrigerant dehuWe verbally went over cost and we went over procedure prior, he called back second time he stated he flooded basement by accidently turning a pump on which caused some flooding, we do not do pump repair he stated he will find company for thatWhen came out second time when homeowner called we used his shop vac that he had down there which he was using we did not charge him for extraction only charged him service call 2nd time flooded are bill 2nd time was $1,as well left dehu with air movers as well sprayed antimicrobial again and gave estimate again with equiptment he verbaly agreed to leave and dry and he turned pump off to so would not reflood basementWould be willing to mail homeowner a check for $dollars as good gestureI am sorry for his loss due to water damage

I will be willing to schedule a time and reclean at no charge as of we had not got a call for about days after st time cleanedor I am willing to refund $backwork was past any warranty on contract when custmer originally called
said we cleaned her about a month agowe did discuss pad treatment she said carpet shot just clean and odorise to get buy little longerhopefully we can resolve by eiyher we reclean free or we refund 50% moneys back even though call in to us originally was about days after original clean

To dry wet basement. that is a crime to write a check especially  for that dollar amount if customer does not pay we will have to pursue legal action.

Gave mrs [redacted] price cleaned bedroom traffic area as will living room traffic area and 1 flight of steps. Had a daughter call her mom and ask if wanted protection or deeper cleaning had a very stained carpet said just basic clean for 2 areas...

hallway and steps for $150.00 gave dreat cleaning with truckmounted cleaning for a very stained carpet fair price 2 rooms and hallway as will 1 flight of step. sorry custmer not happy same price paid 2013 2 years ago.

I reject this response because this company which is a carpet restoration company, stated that he would be able to fix the leak in an hour and a half, which gives the reasoning on why the walls and ceiling is torn open. Owner got mad when I asked him to come back a later date due to my daughter's graduation party. He said he was too busy and handed me a bill, did not go over what his charge was.

We gave estimate before work started they agreed removed trapped water only way we new how. They okayed work had water on subfloor next to tub dried out bathroom. We are willing to refund $250.00 by check back to homeowners if homeowners accept tub was damaged with water between liners and needed...

repairs. if accepts we are willing again to refung partial payment dehu was and service call after hours as well pick up equipment
