I ordered a pair of shoes from this site and was contacted personally by the owner when my size was not available and a full refund was given with the promise that when the shoes are available, I will be alerted. Two weeks later I got am email saying that the shoes were available in my size. And even though there was an increase in the price, the owner still gave me the sale price.
I thought that was very nice of them to do so.
