The customer ordered a part from our website for the wrong model.? We sent the customer EXACTLY what the customer orderedWhen the customer tried to install the part and it did not fit the customer damaged the part with a large dent in the partInstead of doing his homework to realize he had a totally different model than he orderedHe blamed us and the manufacture of sending the wrong partWe had the customer send the package backI then took the entire bin of the item he ordered and measured EACH part with a caliper to be sure the part was made to spec and it and all of the parts in the bin were correct and as they were labeledThe customer even sent pictures of his OWN firearm that clearly SHOWN a different model then the HK45C compact he claims to haveThe customer has a USP Compact which is a totally different sight bladeThe customer even sent a picture of the sight blade with measurements of the one he needed which is NOT the HK45C but the USP Compact sight blade.? In short the customer ordered the wrong part (happens) but then damaged the part trying to force the install of the partAnd then sent it back damaged and not in new condition (per our return and exchange policy) clearly listed and agreed to when the customer checks outTo add insult to injury he blames us for not giving him a new part that would not fitI called the customer and offered the customer the option to buy the CORRECT part that he needed and instead he filed a Revdex.com reportWe went above and beyond here to help the customer get the part that he was looking forInstead the customer wants to blame us for his mistake in ordering the wrong part and not doing his homework or at least calling us so we could help him order the correct part in the first place.Just for the recordWe have ALL of the e-mails and the customers owned mailed in documents that confirm and prove all of the above should you want to see the documents that show the customers own admittance that he ordered the wrong sightA simple mistake that an honest customer would have taken ownership for and allowed us to get the customer what he wanted.?
