I purchased a new Polaris Ranger 1000XP. Despite many repair attempts, this product has chronic check engine issues, misfires and runs poorly.
I purchased a new Polaris Ranger 1000 XP which was delivered in July 2018. The vehicle has chronic check engine issues, miss fire codes are continually generated and the product runs poorly. Presently the product has less than 100 miles on it as it has been unusable more than it has been usable. It has been back to the product dealer four times and they can't resolve the issues. The Manufacturer has provided little productive guidance and any ideas to resolve the issue have failed.
As the unit has less than 100 miles on it, has been chronically under repair or out of service this unit fails to meet the warranty of fitness for use for the purpose which it was sold. In fact many of the miles put on the vehicle were put on it when it was at the dealer under repair.
This vehicle has chronic issues, is not functional for the purpose which it was sold. Based on these chronic issues it has been to the dealer four times and is continually dysfunctional. I request that this unit be bought back at the original cost and a new unit be provided. I have requested the name of the owner so that I could have a more substantive discussion. That information has not been provided. Therefore, I am also requesting the name and contact number of the owner.
