Review: Our company order 7500pcs of recipe postcards printing service from HK Prinintg Inc on 10/*/2013, Since the company didnt offer the size we wanted their graphic designer resized the artwork to 4" by 6", however the file we didnt like and never approved it. We had our graphic designer [redacted] to send another file to HK prinitng to print. [redacted], the owner from HK printing sent the final file thur [redacted] to me for a proof since my outlook was down then (10/*/2013) and I insisted to make sure the file is the right one to be mass printed. They ended up printed the worng file of 7500 postcards and there was a big mistake on each side of it which we can't give out to our custmers since the postcards represent our company. I tried to contact [redacted] and ask for reprinting she refused and insisted that she didnt print the wrong file.Desired Settlement: we would like to have refund or reprint the right file.
